Quick start

1. Charge the collar. Snap on the magnetic charging cable — a full charge takes about 2 hours.

2. Download the Furra app. Visit furracollar.com/app on your phone, or scan the QR code on your box, and create your account.

3. Add your pet. Enter their name, breed, age and weight — this tunes activity and calorie estimates to your pet.

4. Pair the collar. When asked, enter the 15-digit IMEI number printed on the back of the tracker.

5. Attach it. Thread your pet’s collar strap through the slots on both sides of the tracker so it sits snug against the collar.

6. Set your Home zone. In the app’s Location tab, set Home — this enables safe-zone alerts to your phone.

Good to know

• The collar saves battery by resting when your pet rests. It checks in about once an hour while your pet is still, and about once a minute while they’re moving — that’s how one charge lasts up to 3 weeks.

• Seeing “Sleeping” in the app is normal. It means the collar is napping between reports, not offline.

• Furra is water-resistant (IP65): rain, splashes and muddy walks are fine — swimming and full submersion are not.

• The SIM card is pre-installed and pre-activated. There’s nothing to configure — the collar connects on its own.

Troubleshooting

• No data in the app? Charge the collar for 30 minutes, then power it off and on again. Fresh data usually appears within a few minutes.

• No location yet? The collar positions itself when your pet moves — take a short walk outside and check the map again.

FCC ID: 2BN4H-X04. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and has been evaluated for body-worn RF exposure. It is also CE and RoHS compliant, and its lithium-ion battery is UN38.3 transport-tested. The full compliance statement is included in the printed manual that ships in the box.
